OMNIRED™ Infrared Technology applies 13 thermo-reactive minerals woven into the suit’s fabric to convert outbound body heat into infrared energy and reflect it back to your body. Infrared energy has been proven to improve the body’s circulation. Increased circulation improves oxygen levels in the body, enabling you to use less energy, improve overall warmth and increase your time in the water.

Nixie Ultra incorporates our newly advanced Progressive Full-Stretch technology that uses the latest in full-stretch neoprene by placing varying degrees of full-stretch panels into specific performance zones of the suit to improve fit, feel, comfort, and overall performance.

I’m very happy with this new wet suit. Really easy to get on and off and is warm for a thin suit. My only thing that I would change in it is Velcro straps on the zipper so they don’t slide.

Great Wetsuit!

I am 66 years old and this is the first wetsuit I have ever owned. The Staff members at Ocean Sports were extremely helpful in suggesting the best size and suit for me. I was worried that the 2/3 wetsuit might not be warm enough for fall lake swimming, so I took their suggestion to add Exo Wear pants. I have already used the combo for lake swimming in Northern Alberta 5 times since late September, and it has been stellar. Had an amazing Thanksgiving day swim today and I don't plan on stopping any time soon! I expect that the Nixie alone will be great next year for warmer summer swims. Very versatile and highly recommended!
