Ocean Sports Shipping Policy:
•Most orders over $149.99 (pre-tax) qualify for free shipping across Canada*. This applies to standard-sized items under 25lbs.
•Oversized or overweight items, including kayaks/SUPs, wakeboards, surfers, kneeboards, water skis and scuba tanks will be charged a flat oversized rate of $40, with Ocean Sports covering the difference in most cases.
•Orders are sent via Canada Post or Purolator, based on the dimensions of your package & the delivery address.
•*Beyond destination locations will be assessed shipping charges individually - we will contact you with a quote.
•If you prefer your order expedited or shipped with a specific carrier, please contact us at sales@oceansports.ca after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
•We are unable to make changes once the package has been picked up by the carrier.
Ocean Sports Exchange Policy:
•Our gear is designed to work for you on and in the water. We want you to LOVE your purchase and understand that it may need to be returned or exchanged.
•Purchases made in-store or online on regular and sale-priced items can be exchanged OR returned for a store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided item is in new condition with original packaging.
•Clearance items are a final sale and are noted on the item.
•Items that have been used/demo'd may be exchanged for a product that better meets your needs OR for store credit. A rental fee may be applied if the item is not in like-new condition.
•Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back for exchange or credit. Original shipping charges will not be returned.
•No price adjustments on prior purchases.
